Battery: 12 Months from Manufacture Date
In Box Accessory: 12 Months from Purchase Date

OBF (Out of Box Failure): 90 Days from Receipt at Store
ELF (Early Life Failure): 7 Days from Purchase Date 

When is a Repair Outside of Warranty?

A repair will be considered outside of warranty under the following circumstances:

  • Fault has occurred outside the manufacturers warranty period
  • Fault has occurred within the manufacturers warranty period, but warranty status has been voided due to the following:
    • Has liquid damage
    • Has physical or impact damage
    • Has been tampered with or repaired by an unauthorised person
    • Fault has been caused by non-original accessories involving electrical contact
    • Is a second hand or demonstration unit
